6yr old gelding sustained a fracture of his left hind sesamoid when he was a yearling. He did not receive surgery at the time of injury.

We received new radiographs and ultrasounds which show sesamoid fragments embedded in the suspensory ligament. Due to poor prognosis of surgery, limited comfort after injections, and age of the injury, we opted to rehabilitate his hoof angles to relieve stress to the fetlock in addition to a custom Acuscope and Myopulse treatment plan. He is currently sound doing light work and living outside.

Rudy came up lame 2 weeks after he was purchased. Previously he received joint injections in his fetlock. These were taken at the vet during his exam and ultrasound.
